Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
1. Who this policy is about
ObadX is a school management platform operated by BEOJEKUBOB Data Solutions. There are two different situations, and the responsibility is different in each.
Visitors to this website (people who read the pages, send a demo request or contact us): ObadX decides what is collected and why, and is responsible for it.
Schools using the platform: the records of a school (students, parents, staff, marks, attendance, fees, health notes, messages) belong to that school. The school decides why they are collected; ObadX stores and processes them on the school's behalf and only on its instructions. A parent, student or staff member who wants to see or correct a record should ask the school first.
2. What we collect on this website
Demo request form: your name, school name, country, e-mail address, an optional phone number, an optional message, the address your connection came from (IP address), and where you came from (for example the search or link that brought you, shown as UTM tags). If you give a phone number you tick a box to say we may call, text or WhatsApp you on it.
Visit statistics (no cookies): the page, the time, how long you stayed and how far you scrolled, the type of device, system and browser, the screen size, the language, the site you came from, your approximate location (country and city, worked out from the IP address) and the IP address itself, plus a daily-changing anonymous visitor code. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control we count nothing.
Technical error records: when something goes wrong a record is kept with the page, the time and the IP address, so that we can fix it. Passwords, tokens and keys are removed before such a record is saved.
2b. The website assistant
The chat assistant on this website answers questions about the ObadX software. The text you type is sent to an AI service provider so it can write a reply, and we keep the question text (without your name or address) for 90 days to see what visitors need and to improve the answers. Please do not type personal or sensitive information into it; use the demo request form for that. It only knows the public product information, never any school's records.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request and arrange a demonstration; to keep the website and platform secure and working (for example to stop automated abuse); to understand which pages are useful and fix the ones that are not. If the owner switches on optional analytics or advertising tags, they work only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
4. How long we keep it
Visit statistics and technical records: 90 days by default (the Super Admin can set another period between 7 days and 2 years), then they are deleted automatically. Demo requests: kept while we are in contact with you and removed when you ask us to. The location look-up of an IP address is forgotten after 180 days.
5. Who else receives it
We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising. We use service providers who process data for us: the hosting company that runs our servers; an IP location service (ipwho.is) that receives an IP address, only, to name its country and city when the hosting network does not already tell us; Cloudflare if you reach us through it, and Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check if enabled; and, only if the owner switches them on, Google Analytics and a Meta pixel after you accept. Page translations may be produced by an AI service from the public text of this website (never from visitor data). Schools may switch on optional AI helpers for their own staff; what is sent to the provider is then the school's choice and responsibility.
6. School records and the platform
Each school's data is stored in a database of its own, separate from every other school's. Staff see only what their role allows; every important action is written to an audit log. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sign-in is protected against repeated guessing, two-step sign-in is available, and connections use HTTPS. Backups are made regularly and kept for a limited time. Online payments of school fees go through the payment provider the school chose; card numbers go to that provider and are never stored by ObadX. A school that stops using ObadX can ask for its data to be exported and deleted; copies in older backups disappear when those backups expire.
7. Children
This website is for school leaders and staff, not for children. Student records in the platform are entered and managed by the school, under its own authority and the consent or rules that apply to it, and are visible only to people the school has authorised.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to its use, and give it back to you in a usable form. You may withdraw a consent at any time, for example the phone consent or the cookie choice. For a school record, contact the school. To use a right with ObadX, write to the contact form on this website; we will answer without undue delay. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of your country. Cameroon has a personal data protection law (Law No. 2024/017 of 23 December 2024); where the GDPR applies to you it gives similar rights.
9. Other countries
Some providers named above may process data outside your country. Where that happens we choose providers that protect it appropriately.
10. Changes
If we change this policy the date above changes, and for a significant change we put a notice on the website.
