1. What this demo is

This visitor account gives you a private, temporary copy of the school management system so you can try it with your own school's setup. It is for evaluation only and must not be used to run a real school's records.

2. Limits and automatic deletion

Maximum 5 staff accounts (principal, teachers and every other staff type together, including you) and 10 students.
Everything you create is permanently deleted 5 days after sign-up. A countdown is shown on every page. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Some features (e.g. online payments, e-mail and SMS delivery, developer tools) are switched off in the demo.

3. Data you enter

Please use sample or fictional personal data for staff, students and parents. Do not enter real children's data, identity numbers, health records or financial details. If you do, you are responsible for having the right to share it.

The data you enter is stored in a database reserved for your demo, is used only to operate the demo, and is not shared with other visitors, sold, or used for advertising.

4. Confidentiality

Your school information and imported lists are treated as confidential. They are visible to you and to the people you create accounts for, and to the platform's administrator only where needed for support or to keep the service running. We will not disclose them to third parties except where required by law.

5. What we keep about you

To create your account we keep your name, e-mail address, a protected (hashed) password, the school name you give, your approximate sign-up time and IP address (for abuse prevention). The account record is removed when the demo is deleted; messages you send through "Contact developer" are kept so we can reply.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: a sign-in session, a demo-workspace marker, and your theme / language choice.

7. Your responsibilities

Do not attempt to access other visitors' data, overload the service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Accounts that do may be removed without notice.

8. No warranty

The demo is provided "as is", without guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and may be reset or withdrawn at any time. Features shown may differ from a licensed installation.

9. Contact and your rights

You can ask us to delete your demo early, or ask what we hold about you, using "Contact developer" in the demo or by e-mail. By ticking the box you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
