ObadX is operated by BEOJEKUBOB Data Solutions. These terms apply to this website and to the ObadX school platform (the schools' own addresses, the staff, teacher, student and parent areas, and the Super Admin console). A school that subscribes to ObadX may have a separate written agreement; where that agreement says something different, the agreement comes first.

Each school decides who gets an account and what that person may see. A school is responsible for the accuracy of the information it enters, for the people it gives access to, and for keeping sign-in details private. Anyone with an account must keep the password secret, must not share it, and must tell the school (or us) at once if they think it has been used by someone else. Two-step sign-in is available and we recommend it for administrators.

Do not try to get into data that is not yours, test the security of the platform without our written permission, overload it, upload harmful files, or use it to harass, deceive or harm anyone. Do not use the platform to store or send anything illegal. We may suspend an account that puts other schools, students or the platform at risk.

The records a school enters (students, staff, marks, attendance, fees, messages and so on) belong to that school. We store and process them on the school's behalf, to run the platform, and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising. A school can export its data and can ask us to delete it when its subscription ends (see the privacy policy for how long backups are kept).

We work to keep the platform available and to make daily backups, but we cannot promise that it will never be interrupted, and internet, power and hosting problems are outside our control. The platform has an offline mode for common tasks, but a school should still keep its own exports of important records, such as report cards and fee records.

Plans and prices are agreed with each school. Fees paid by parents to a school through an online payment provider go to the school through that provider; ObadX does not see or store card numbers.

The ObadX software, design and name belong to us (or our licensors). A school receives the right to use the platform while its subscription is active. Content a school uploads stays the school's own.

The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from interruptions we could not reasonably prevent, from information a school entered wrongly, or from misuse of an account by someone who was given the password. Nothing in these terms limits anything that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. A school or a user may stop using ObadX at any time. We may end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
